Very nice home with a great location that is walking distance from many locations. The kids enjoyed walking to the nearby donut shop in the mornings and our dog was able to take advantage of the fenced backyard. At night the front porch and swing were a great place to relax and wrap up the day. The hosts were very accommodating and supportive.

We rented both units as a base for our out of town family for a wedding in Bellville. Everyone simply LOVED this place. It's so well done with great modern upgrades that fit perfect into this farmhouse. Every bed and pillow are comfortable and the room darkening shades work really well. The kitchen is huge with so much stuff it would be a great place for cooking and hosting large families. It literally has everything you could think of. The area is beautiful and quiet with outside seating all around the wrap around porch. Firepit with chairs, and so much more. The only regret is that we didn't book an extra night beyond the planned wedding events so we could enjoy the property for a full day.
